鹽麹雞翼,鹽麴煮食 Cooking with Shio Koji/Kome Koji
材料:
雞翼 - 16隻
鹽趜
-
2湯匙
薑 - 2片,略拍
方法:
洗好雞翼,抹乾
放入鹽麴兩湯匙醃一晚或最少半日
煎熟就ok
簡單, 鮮嫩,好juicy。
味道充滿層次,沒有死實實的咸味!!!!
超美味, 正!
Tips:
用鹽麴醃肉容易燶。
宜用細火慢慢煎。
用LC grill好夠火但d肉容易stick住。加張BBQ grill專用紙就ok。
之後洗grill pan又容易。。。
