食譜是自家製香茅醬系列的其中一個。方便快捷, 烹煮過的香茅醬可存放於雪櫃個幾月。可醃漬, 可拌麵飯。採用加拿大豬鞍, 油香肥美。
材料: 加拿大豬鞍, 跟骨位切三片, 香茅醬 2湯匙
Ingredients: 3 chops of Canadian pork rack, 2 tablespoon homemade lemongrass paste
豬扒不用拍, 可完件或切件。加1湯匙水, 灑上白胡椒粉和2湯匙香茅醬醃半天
No need to press or loose the pork chops. Either cut into pieces or keep in whole. Marinate with ground white pepper, 1 tablespoon water and 2 tablespoon homemade lemongrass paste for 1/2 day
煎香兩面, 灑些海鹽 (注意易燶)
Pan fry both side until golden brown and fragrant, season with sea salt ( watch out for over cook)
準備白飯蔬菜, 在豬扒上多加一㸃香茅醬拌食, 美味啊!
Prepare rice and vegi, serve with somemore homemade lemongrass paste on the chops. Yummy!
