黄豆炆豬腩肉Stewed Pork Belly with Soya Bean

記得在威記工作的時候,大㕑房上的一味菜給我非常深刻的印象。就是"黄豆煮雞翼"。睇到我流唒口水。偷食過也要說聲'巧正'啊!剛好見到超市有些很靚嘅澳洲豬腩肉,即時想起這味用黄豆炆的餸。簡直色香味俱全。在此提提你要煲多些飯呀.....


材料:

  1. 豬腩肉連皮
  2. 黄豆(先浸數小時)
  3. 乾辣椒
  4. 蒜頭
調味:
  1. 冰糖
  2. 麵豉(miso x 1湯匙)
  3. 老抽(少許)
  4. 五香粉




蒜頭薑爆香落五香粉->落酒及少許鹽->加入已隔水之黄豆略炒->加水,乾辣椒同調味炆->上蓋->如果太咸可加点冰糖->直至豬肉同黄豆都腍

個汁好野味,豬腩肉特別層皮好腍同香。我家人足足吃左兩碗飯呢!
