我的煮食態度係好隨心。。見到新鮮和好質素的食材便買回家。所以冰箱和雪櫃總是常滿的。除非要宴客才想定菜式。不然,先購食材,後想食譜

剛好有盒台灣有機種植的黑蕃茄,他們稱之為"黑美人"。加埋家中一大堆去有機農莊挖到的新薯。再次翻炒tagine...實在大愛它。。還靜靜地再買一個細size添...

使用塔吉鍋tagine,除了標榜原汁原味外,最主要是達到健康煮食。以少油,少鹽,少糖…還有少油煙,少用燃料,少時間為目標。。。。用tagine不一定做摩洛哥菜式。我覺得善用工具及時常運用就不會浪費。作為家庭煮婦總不能天天煮些異國菜。想一想怎樣的家常菜能配合煮食工具達到健康為本.
