相信類似的卷物不會陌生, 金菇肥牛卷, 西芹雞卷, 鲜冬菇豬肉卷, 青瓜卷等等。易做又好味...可當派對小食, 可作家常便飯。有一㸃要留意, 一些易出水的食材不宜作卷物啊!
做這卷物的推動力是新敗物, 即金色籤。是日本製做, 在日本樂天一間叫Queen Ann的商店找到。不但美觀, 而且質料很硬正, 是stainless steel, 手工還很精細...最襯party food。
材料: 豬腩片或火鍋牛肉片, 茄子切長, 日式芝麻醬, 鹽
Ingredients: sliced pork belly or beef slice, eggplant(cut into chunk), Japanese sesame sauce, sea salt
茄子用鹽, 2湯匙芝麻醬略醃。想腍一㸃, 茄子皮可先切去
Marinate the eggplant with salt and 2 tablespoon of sesame sauce. Remove skin for soft texture of eggplant.
我選用鹿兒島豬腩片
Prepare Kagoshima sliced pork belly
在每片腩片上灑上少許鹽, 把茄子捲起
Sprinkle with a little bit salt on the pork belly, place the eggplant on it and roll
燒熱鐵pan(不用落油), 細火慢慢煎熟, 灑上少許鹽, 用廚房紙吸走pan中的油
Heat a pan(no need to add oil), fry with low heat till done, sprinkle with some more sea salt, remove oil from the pork by kitchen paper
用籤固定豬腩卷, 配芝麻醬㸃食。茄子不會太腍, 非常易做呢!
Fix the pork belly roll with sticks, serve with extra sesame sauce. Such a simple and yummy finger food!
