自家製油漬黑蕃茄乾蒜香意大利麵 Pasta with garlic and homemade sundried black tomatoes in olive oil


黑蕃茄本身已經很好吃,特別當造的,整體很甜很多汁。透過風乾發酵再油浸,味道更豐富沉厚。有關做法請按入->自家製油漬黑蕃茄。在超市最常見到的Sundried tomatoes 或Sundried tomatoes in olive oil多來自美國,意大利。亦有很多牌子,價錢整體不便宜。全乾或浸油的,味道均有分別。

油浸黑蕃茄本身有味道獨特,愈簡單的做法愈好。浸過蕃茄乾的油可分別做其他菜式。配上爆香的蒜片,簡單就是美。






材料:, 
意大利麵, 如 linguine, spaghetti, 先跟包裝時間煮少2分鐘
蒜頭 4-5粒切薄片
西蘭花 適量, 先蒸熟
自家製油漬風乾黑蕃茄或其他油浸蕃茄乾 約3湯匙連浸過的橄欖油
黑椒碎,蕃荽碎,鹽調味 各適量
乾辣椒 1隻

做法:
熱pan, 倒入油漬蕃茄乾連油, 細火爆香蒜片及乾辣椒(或使用一起油浸的辣椒)
加入扁麵和西蘭花,撈勻。熄火,灑上鹽,蕃荽 ,黑椒碎調味。

Ingredients :
Linguine or spaghetti,  boil 2 mins less than the packing suggested 
4-5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Broccoli, cut and cooked 
3 tbsp Homemade sundried tomatoes in olive oil or any sundried tomatoes in oil
Dried parsley, salt and ground black pepper 
1 dried chili 

Method :
1. Heat a skillet in low heat, stir fry sundried tomatoes with soaking oil, garlic slice and chili until fragrant.
2. Add linguine, mix well, off heat, season with parsley, salt and pepper.
