合掌瓜海参響螺湯 Chayote soup with dried conch meat

一個非常好飲,滋潤,滋陰嘅湯水。海参煲到溶化,飲完黏嘴唇啊。大隻響螺乾又甜又厚肉,3-4人,用一隻就夠。





材料:
響螺乾(大) 1隻
合掌瓜 2個
海参 3條(已發已出水)
瘦肉 適量
淮山,茨實,南北杏 各適量
無花果 3粒

做法:
1. 瘦肉出水,螺乾只略略出水,剪去內臟。
2. 全部加水煲2-3小時。
